Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At November Beauty, every order goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the personal care and cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • To request cancellation, email info@novemberbeauty.com immediately with your order number.

  • Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment source.

Returns Policy

We maintain a no return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Product not suitable for personal preference

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

  • Incorrect selection made by customer

  • Delay caused by courier after dispatch

  • Refused deliveries

Exceptions (Damaged / Wrong Product Only)

A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a leaking product

  • You received the wrong item

How to Raise a Claim

Please email info@novemberbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video from sealed package opening

  • Clear photos of parcel, shipping label, and product issue

  • Invoice copy (if available)

Claims submitted without proper evidence may not be approved.

Resolution Process

Once verified by our team, we may offer one of the following at our sole discretion:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid orders: 5–10 business days after approval

  • COD orders: Bank transfer after valid account details are shared

November Beauty reserves the right to reject claims found fraudulent, incomplete, or outside the reporting window.
