Shipping and Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $25 or more shipped within Canada and the United States, before taxes and after any discounts are applied. For orders under $25, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the location.
Please note: We currently do not ship to the following U.S. territories:
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Micronesia
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Palau
Our shipping service is currently limited to Canada and the U.S. Any references to products or availability outside these regions are for informational purposes only and do not indicate future distribution. Subscribe to our newsletter to hear about shipping updates and new locations.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Shipping Method

Please contact us at info@novemberbeauty.ca with any shipping concerns. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and refunded for any cancelled items. For questions about a cancelled order, contact customer service at the same email.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@novemberbeauty.ca. We will send you a shipping label for return. We cannot replace packages until they are confirmed missing.
Returns
We offer free returns on purchases from novemberbeauty.ca within 14 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us at info@novemberbeauty.ca to start the return process.
Please Note: Only items purchased on our official website may be accepted for return or exchange. Purchases from authorized retailers or QVC must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Products purchased from our website must be returned or exchanged within 30 days, be in new or gently used condition, and include proof of purchase. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify details such as address changes.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Returns can be done by mail using our pre-paid labels. Shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
Return/Exchange Steps:
- Contact us at info@novemberbeauty.ca or call 1-437-688-1007.
- Include your name and proof of purchase (Order #).
- Print your FREE return label sent by us.
- Pack your items securely, attach the label, and mail them using the provided shipping service.
Once approved, refunds take 7–10 business days. For exchanges, we will send tracking details for your new product(s).
Gift Returns
If returning a gift, we can provide store credit if the item was shipped directly to you. Contact info@novemberbeauty.ca to begin the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank.

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are refundable. Discounted items are non-refundable.
