Orders & Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for most locations. Certain remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • High-demand sale periods

  • Remote location constraints

Such delays are outside our direct control.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts may not qualify for shipping refunds.

Partial / Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability.

Right to Refuse / Cancel Orders

November Beauty reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected misuse, reseller activity, or fraud risk.
